Microcomputer control part of our company adopts the fourth-generation winding program co-developed by Tsinghua University and advanced LINUX control system and it abandons the limitation of DOS system. The outstanding characteristic of this system is: the whole winding process is fully automatic without any transferring action and "zero drift"and the accuracy of zero positioning size is 0.02--0.2mm.
This control system is a position follow-up control system(PID). Its main shaft and small car are controlled by dual closed loop, which under any case can strictly guarantee the kinematic relation of mandrel and guiding head.
As for the working interface of such system, its design is humanized and the parameter which should be input are few. If the different product should be made then the product parameter can verified automatically. This system can store infinite product parameters which the user can refer to freely. The operation panel can be switched among automatic, semi-automatic and hand operation to meet various requirements of users.
The host computer is Advantech IPC whose environmental adaptability has been impoved hugely.
Driving system of small car adopts the Japan Yaskawa servo driving machine and AC servo motor. Its inputting method is pulse signal input which will minimize the disturbance.
The motor of main shaft adopts Fujitfu frequency converter to realize the speed changing and then input signal of O-20MA. Control system will give out the corresponding signal according to the specific requirements of working situation.
The resin content and sand depth controlled by computer is our company's patented product. As per the wet sand control, input the sand depth and resin content parameters in the computer interface, then the data will be counted out automatically by computer preciously, which can realize the automatic control of the sand depth and resin content, then it can improve the production efficiency and reduce cost. It is the most advanced technical control.
